Payments
When making a purchase from Stormseal USA LLC, you must follow the instructions on the website as to how to make your purchase and for making changes to future purchase before you submit it to Stormseal USA LLC. Once you select a product/service that you wish to purchase, you will then be shown on our website the charges you must pay excluding tax/VAT.
Valid Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards are accepted and processed through our secure third party gateway, Stripe. This website does not record or store cardholder account data and information. Cardholder account data and information is maintained by our secure third party gateway, Stripe.
Shipping/Delivery
A third party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery service. Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies. Shipping Policy and shipping charges are subject to change. gThe costs of shipping are non-refundable.
For all domestic orders, we ship using FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted. If you would like to place an order for international shipping, please contact us directly.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon full payment being received and may be delayed until payment is received in full. These shipping terms are accepted by you by placing an order with us.
Tracking Your Product:
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with tracking information on how to track your product/service at any time. It is very easy to track your product/service. Just visit the online tracking tool given and enter the tracking number and click search.
Faulty/Damaged Product:
In the unfortunate event that a producthas been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the product. You shall inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival and shall within five (2) working day give notice to Stormseal USA LLC if the goods are not in accordance with specified requirements. If you fail to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the specified requirements. No claim shall be recognised unless made in writing and received by Stormseal USA LLC within five (2) working days after receipt of goods by you. The total amount of any claim shall not exceed the actual invoice value of the goods claimed to be faulty.
If your product has been damaged and you have notified Stormseal USA LLC within (2) working days, Stormseal USA LLC will make arrangements for the item to be returned at our cost. Once the returned product is received and reviewed Stormseal USA LLC will work with you on the next available options.
We do not deem faulty or damaged packaging to be a refundable item.
In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty/damaged product/service, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product/service, including:
• You specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the Product is damaged or defective
• You providing us with the delivery note number and such other information as we reasonably require.
Cancellation of Purchases/Returns
We do not accept cancellations so please choose carefully. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind. We may cancel an order if a product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product/service.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for product that are shipped and delivered to the recipient without any damage so please choose your product carefully. Once payment for an order has been accepted we offer no refunds or exchanges.
We aim to deliver exactly what was ordered but human error may happen from time to time. Please check that what you ordered was what was delivered. If by any chance you were given a different product to what was ordered, you must notify Stormseal USA LLC within five (3) working days from the date the product was delivered. Stormseal USA LLC will assist you with making arrangements to have the product returned. Once the returned product is received and reviewed, Stormseal USA LLC will arrange the correct product/service to what was ordered on your confirmation receipt.
